Counselling Services

Malissa Veroni
Fees for service are dependent on the provider you work with and the service you are utilizing. As services that are offered by a Master-level redirected social worker, therapy sessions are covered by most insurance policies. Our fees may be claimed under tax deductible health care expenses on your income tax return. Lead Therapist/Owner: Malissa Veroni
  • Initial and follow up Individual counselling services $255 CAD (50 minutes duration).
  • Initial couple and family counselling services $295 CAD (1 hour and 20 minutes duration).
  • Follow up family counselling services $255 CAD (50 minutes duration).
  • Follow up couple counselling services $255 CAD (50 minutes duration).

Some Employee Family Assistance Programs (EFAP) and benefits programs may cover the cost of therapy with a Registered Master Level Social Worker Therapist. However, please note that EFAP typically provides short-term support, which may not be suitable for specialized treatments such as sex therapy and narcissistic abuse therapy. Due to the complex and long-term nature of these specialties, Keep’N It Real Solutions and Malissa Veroni-Prince do not offer these services through EFAP or similar benefit programs. For detailed information and to explore appropriate options, please consult your EFAP provider or insurance representative

Introducing Extended 1:1 Appointments for Established Clients


At Keep’N It Real Solutions, we prioritize your needs and listen to your feedback. For our long-term, established clients, we are now offering extended 1:1 appointments lasting 1 hour and 20 minutes. This option is ideal if it’s been a while since your last session, if you need more time to explore your thoughts and feelings, or if you require additional time for processing during your sessions. Experience more in-depth support and personalized care with our extended appointment option.

Master-Level Intern-: Coming Soon

We are currently in the process of integrating a new intern to your team, under the direct supervision of Malissa Veroni, at reduce fees for services.

Please note all receipts are under Malissa Veroni’s name as she is the one supervising and thus can be put through on your benefits/ insurance, if applicable.

  • Initial and follow up Individual counselling services, ages 10 and up (50 minutes duration).

Please note as interns are still learning supervisor may be part of the session or you may be transferred to Malissa, depending on your needs and skillset needed to help you on your journey.

Virtual Capacity Assessments Across Alberta

As a virtual clinic, we have special permission to conduct capacity assessments remotely throughout Alberta. This flexibility allows us to accommodate clients and families more quickly, reducing the stress associated with these important evaluations.
While virtual assessments work for most clients, we recognize that this may not be suitable for everyone. For those who need it, we offer the option of travelling to your location. Please be aware that this may incur additional travel time and fees, as well as potentially longer wait times for assessments.
Administrative, consulting, and mailing fees may also apply.
**Please note that AISH does not currently cover the cost of capacity assessments or travel expenses.

 

Please note the policy to secure your appointment, prior to booking, requires you to put an active credit card on file. There will be no expectations made to ensure to be fair to everyone who is wanting services and to ensure a smooth process.

E-transfers and credit cards are accepted at the beginning of the session to ensure we can focus on the most important reason we are here- to work towards your Healing, Evolving, Growth!
